Civil, Commercial and Family Mediation is a way of solving problems without going to Court. It involves the parties meeting with a trained, independent person (the mediator), to explore whether a mutually acceptable solution can be found to the dispute.

Mediation has some advantages over litigation as follows:

It is usually quicker
Less Confrontational
Amicable Result
No loser.

It is particularly useful in family cases where children are involved so that the parents are not perceived as bitter protagonists.
